Hello,

I know both Fred Anderson and Ron Thompson from Sparrows Point Country Club Marina.  I had mentioned to Ron that I was looking to trade my Mercedes in for an SUV.  This is the first vehicle I have purchased from Thompson's.  I must say the experience was the most positive one I have ever had while buying a car.  Noting that I have purchased 40 plus cars/trucks in my day.  Everyone involved was a top shelf professional from Tim to the finance guy (sorry I have forgotten his name).  I told Ron the other day that he must be proud to have such an excellent group of people, a true reflection of top management I'm sure of it.

I came to your dealership because I wanted to look at a Hyundai Elantra, and the sales person, Mike, was very nice and took his time to explain everything thoroughly. He asked what I was looking for and when I told him I prefer a hatchback, he recommended I look at the Touring Elantra. I was not expecting to fall in love with it like I did, but thanks to Mike, and his great knowledge, I purchased a car I am happy with and will be for many years to come. Thanks so much!

Thank you. After spending nearly three weeks on the computer looking at hundreds of vehicles on several dealer websites I decided to test drive my new vehicle at Thompson. I can't say enough good things about my time with your company. The only questions not answered are the ones I didn't think to ask, and I feel comfortable with all of you to call and ask if anything comes up. Actually some of the questions I should have asked were answered before I could think of them. A very good experience.

The only thing I have to do is call and set up a time to bring the car for the coating treatment. I will do that tomorrow as I will have my schedule nailed down then.

Thanks for the follow up. I don't know anyone buying right now but I will recommend you to anyone who is.

I had been a loyal Saturn owner but I feel very comfortable with my choice of cars and dealerships.

Thanks and I'm happy to give some feedback. Honestly, finding you guys was a bit random, but I'll briefly explain. I had already decided on what vehicle I wanted to purchase and was working with dealers closer to where I live in NYC. I had asked my girlfriend to test drive a Sonata as well and she found you guys online (she happened to be traveling through Baltimore visiting relatives).

Deciding to go with you folks over dealers closer to me was less random. You marginally had the best price, but at least as importantly Dan Shipley's customer service was far and away the best out of any of the salesmen I'd worked with. I am moving to California, which creates all sorts of bureaucratic hurdles which he was very helpful in resolving. Additionally, I never felt rushed and was always promptly called back when he had to do research to answer some of my questions. By the end of the process, it was clear that I would be more comfortable purchasing from you guys than anyone else and it was worth the trip from NYC to do so.

Thanks so much for your e-mail.  Although I had not known of your dealership specifically, of course I had heard your song and ads on tv.  My Dad was actually helping me to "look" for a car.  You see, my wonderful mom passed away last year at this time, and Dad has been trying to keep himself very busy with projects to pass the time, and keep himself occupied.  Me asking him to help me look for a car according to my specifics was a definite project to keep him occupied!  He was especially impressed with the Hyundai and was therefore narrowing the search down between and Thompson.  The key came down to how Dad was first treated in the showroom when he indicated he was definitely looking to purchase.  did not even want to take down his name.  Needless to say, this did not impress us.  Thompson ended up to assist us with the financing, as well as the customer care .  Thanks again, and we will definitely be in to schedule our check-ups!
